Authorized contacts, kept on the member record
Family communication starts with knowing who is allowed to receive it. Each member profile lists the contacts a member or guardian has authorized, and updates can only go to those people. When an authorization changes, it changes in one place.
What's inside
- Authorized family contacts per member
- Authorization status kept with the profile
- Contact details maintained once, used everywhere
- Clear separation between authorized contacts and emergency contacts
- Changes recorded with staff attribution
Outcome: Staff never have to guess whether a relative should receive information. The profile already says.
