Federal EVV requirements cover in-home personal care and home health services, not services delivered inside an adult day center. Adult Day Genie provides EVV-grade attendance verification for the building without claiming that the federal mandate applies.
Adult Day Genie is for center-based adult day care and adult day health programs that need a defensible attendance record and one place to run daily operations. It is not built for home care agencies that need a federally mandated EVV vendor, or for organizations whose main need is a cross-setting clinical EHR.
Adult Day Genie is designed around the next useful action and a short check-in flow. The team also helps import your existing information, and support comes from people who understand adult day operations.
Face check-in always requires consent. Staff can verify the person and check them in manually, so declining face verification never blocks service. The manual record is still time-stamped and part of the permanent history.
Adult Day Genie uses safeguards such as encryption and access controls, and signs a Business Associate Agreement with every center. Each center is still responsible for its own policies, workforce practices, and authorized access.
Attendance is $99 per month. The full Daycare plan is $299 per month for up to 100 members, then $5 per additional member. Medicaid billing is an optional add-on at 1% per claim (of the claim’s billed amount). Plans are month-to-month with no setup fee.
